Job Description

Work behind the scenes with an amazing local artist in the operations of an exciting art gallery business.

Responsibilities include:

  • Assistant to the Director of Operations
  • General office administration
  • Order fulfillment and shipping
  • Customer and vendor interaction
  • Work on projects and events

Required skills:

  • Must have excellent computer skills including Word and Excel
  • Must have excellent phone and writing skills
  • The ability to pass a background check and drug screen

Applicant must be a responsible, motivated self-starter who can manage projects independently and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
